Our Distribution Grid Inverter (DGI) creates and controls the DC micro network on which multiple Velox EV chargers, battery storage and on-site generation can be connected.
A bi-directional device that facilitates power exchange to and from the grid, the DGI has a number of advanced functions to optimise the power available from the grid including voltage stabilisation, harmonic elimination and reactive power compensation. If supplied with optional phase balancing cabinet, DGI will also balance already imbalanced phases supplying the facility.
We’ve developed a DC microgrid solution to integrate renewable energy, battery energy storage, power quality improvements and rapid DC charging on the distribution energy network. This can include integrated battery storage for buffering in grid constrained areas.
